Our Delivery partner is the well know name is courier industry. Your items would be carefully packaged and picked by our delivery partners and delivered to your doorstep.
After you have made the payment on global oil exporters for the item of your choice, We will send you an email from global oil exporters containing the details of your order and an order number. We will send you the tracking details, once order is dispatched and can be used to track the status of your order at any stage.
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible our delivery Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Delivery, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller. You have to return the order before the 7th day. As it is a perishable product we cannot accept returns after 7 th day.
Please send us an email on info@globaloilexporters.com containing your order number, name of product and the defect noticed by you. We will take care of your damaged product.
